Shipping, Returns & Refunds


A full refund will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 7 days of purchase. Exclusions to this include sale items, indent orders or for custom made items. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 7 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

 When returning an item, please contact us in advance to advise us of the return. Please enclose the receipt that was sent with your order and package sensibly to avoid damage to the goods, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are damaged or go missing in transit. Goods will be exchanged, or an in-store credit given. Credit will not be issued if original packaging and labeling is not intact.

 Any extra freight charges associated with returning or exchanging products is the customers responsibility. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange, or alternatively we will charge your credit card.

 If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Faulty goods are returned to the supplier for approval before we can repair or replace.

Packaging & Shipping

 Freight charges are not included in the price of the product. Although shipping prices are subject to change, all shipping charges are calculated prior to the completion of an order. We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours when item is in stock, the delivery time may need to be extended due to stock availability, in which case we will inform you accordingly.

 Courier services are utilised to send your orders. Rural delivery addresses are subject to rural delivery freight surcharges. If you provide a town address it will be less expensive and quicker.

Expected delivery time to a New Zealand town address in the North Island is two business days, for the South Island three business days. Rural address allow five business days. Deliveries outside New Zealand are dependent on the delivery method chosen.

If your parcel is not received within the time frames or has becomes lost in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can trace.
